I apologise for the size of these photos but they were taken with the water camera and i must have it on a high setting?! as usual i have no idea! In town at the harbour they have a large man made wave pool which is great fun. I guess they're compensating for the fact you cant swim in the sea unless you want to be eaten or poisoned!
hi - just a note to say you might like to change the spelling for KARUMBA - near Normanton - not KURANDA which is right near Cairns - easy to confuse but very different places - hope you continue with safe travels and enjoying yourselves
ReplyDeletethanks for that! I wrote this blog from Cairns and so had Kuranda on the brain as we'd been organising the skyrail up there! Yes, different places. We did go to Karumba and will be going to Kuranda!
