Another highlight out of Cooinda was the Yellow Water cruise, especially for the birdlife which the boys loved. Every 5 minutes they'd jump up and call out the name of another bird they'd see! We were up at 6 in the morning and on the river by 645 in time to watch the sun come up, it was so beautiful, the water was like glass..

Azure Kingfisher - hard to find so a real highlight, they're gorgeous
baby Jacana -they have really big feet so they dont fall thru the leaves into the water! caught this ones refection in the water too, im such a photographic pro!!
