At Top Didj back in Katherine as we came out of Kakadu from the southern end, we met this wonderful man named Manuel. He's 63 but no confirmed date of birth as he was born on the land and lived a traditional aboriginal childhood. He didnt see a white man until he was 7 years old. He played some didjeridoo, taught us painting and how to make a fire with sticks and the highlight, spear throwing with a woomera!! Who do you think speared the kangaroo?!!...
